I'm a self proclaimed fitness nut. I live for the idea of being over 40 and being able to keep up with, and even out perform, 20 year olds. I'm always looking for the next learning opportunity on how to properly feed and exercise my body. I no longer believe in supplements (aside from whole food vitamins and minerals) nor do I use traditional methods of working out at the gym. I prefer practical application exercise. Exercises that force me to use my muscles in real world ways, as well as plyometrics and some yoga type stuff for balance, stretching and meditation. I love this fitness stuff almost as much as I love my family.
